For this work I made a cover version of John Williams’s song “Wild Signals” from the Spielberg film Close Encounters of the Third Kind. My version was broadcast through a PA on a frozen lake in the Yukon as a light show with fog was performed to the music. At the end of the performance the wind shifts and all the mist from the fog machine obscures the landscape.
