I do not regard this work as completed until the wreck of the sign is found — although this is highly unlikely at this point. The sculpture is wrecked upon a shore somewhere. Knowledge of it also disperses through installations of the work in various forms. My hope is that the physical wreck someday meets the cultural knowledge of it.
